PACKAGE: Newborn Photo session / Family Photo Session / Portrait Photo Session
SESSIONS INCLUDED:
- Up to 3h newborn sitting fee or up to 1.5 h family sitting fee or up to 20 min portrait sitting fee
- Online gallery of 30 high resolution custom edited images chosen by the photographer for a family or newborn package or 3 - 5 high resolution custom edited images for a portrait professional package, chosen by a photographer or a client.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
SESSION DETAILS AND REQUESTS:
- Session starts at the agreed upon time. Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session.
- If the location of choice for one or more sessions is more than 15 miles away from Cinco Ranch, Katy, the Client will be requested to pay a Travel Fee (not applicable)
- Upon reviewing the images from the session, the photographer in Katy will select and edit the best ones - keeping with the highest quality and style of the photographer’s work. The photographer reserves the right to withhold any images not in keeping with her standards.
- 2 weeks after the session, client will receive the digital gallery of high resolution custom retouched digital Images. Retouching means correcting various elements in an image such as litter, distracting elements, and minor physical imperfections. Any requested retouching over the specified above will be billed additionally.
- The images will be delivered in JPEG format. The client agrees that the work delivered will be of a similar style and caliber to those photographs on Victoria Asinovsky website and blog, and that the photographer will have complete creative control during the photographs and in post-processing.
- The Client will receive a Print Release, authorizing him/her to print these images through different providers. The Photographer cannot guarantee the quality of the products not printed through our lab.
- The online gallery will be active for one week upon viewing.
- All files will be sent digitally through a link to an online private gallery and will be made available for download.
- Once the files are delivered to the client, it is the client’s sole responsibility to protect and retain their images for the future. It is Client's responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to their computer. It is also highly recommended to backup photos on USB and store it in cool dry area.
- The photographer is not responsible for any styling, wrinkles on the client’s clothes, makeup issues, hair problems or any other factors in the photography other than the directing and photography of the client.
- The Photographer retains copyright of the photographs, and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs via a Print Release.
- This contract serves as a model release. Client grants to Photographer and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of Client, Client’s child or children, or in which Client may be included for editorial, trade, advertising, exhibition and other purposes, and in any other manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. Client hereby releases Photographer and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photograBy signing, the parties agree that they fully understand and will be bound only by the terms above. Any other terms must be agreed to in writing. Otherwise, the above terms will be considered the consolidated, exclusive terms between the parties.
